  • What in Carnations reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers or flower colors requested are not of the quality suitable for your flower order. In this event, the integrity of the requested color scheme will be maintained, and flowers of equivalent value will be used. We are committed to delivering your order on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence over color.

  • If no one is home: We will call the recipient or sender, leave a door tag for the recipient, and schedule for the order to be redelivered when the recipient is available.

    Request to leave item at door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged product due to this special request. In most cases the weather in our area is not ideal to leave fresh flowers outside.
