PRODUCT INFO
All of our arrangements and bouquets and their details are custom, handmade, and uniquely designed for each order using fresh, quality, in-season flowers. We do not and will not recreate arrangements that we did not design. We will do our very best to fulfill any and all requests. In the event that a requested detail (color, style, specific flower(s), container, etc.) is not available, we will substitute with something of similar quality and value. If you would like to ensure a request can be fulfilled, please contact us directly. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Once products have left our studio or have been delivered and have left our possesion, we are no longer responsible for any occurances that may affect the products. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds. If a product is not exact or comparable to the initial order, we will happily replace the product or offer a refund. (Please be aware of our substitution policy stated under Product Info.) PICK-UP/DELIVERY INFO
We offer pick-up and delivery for all orders. In studio pick-up is complimentary. Delivery pricing: Amarillo - $10, Canyon, Bushland, Lake Tanglewood - $15. Custom orders require a 24 hour advance notice. However, in studio pre-made arrangements and bouquets are ready for pick-up or delivery at anytime during business hours. Pick-up and delivery times are offered in time blocks (9:00 am-12:00 pm or 1:00 pm-6:00 pm). If you need a specific pick-up or delivery time, please contact us directly.
