Once products have left our studio or have been delivered and have left our possesion, we are no longer responsible for any occurances that may affect the products. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds. If a product is not exact or comparable to the initial order, we will happily replace the product or offer a refund.
Just like our flowers, online balloon orders are available for in-store pick-up or local delivery.
In studio pick-up is complimentary. Delivery pricing: Amarillo - $10, Canyon, Bushland, Lake Tanglewood - $15. Custom orders require a 24 hour advance notice. Pick-up and delivery times are offered in time blocks (9:00 am-12:00 pm or 1:00 pm-6:00 pm). If you need a specific pick-up or delivery time, please contact us directly.
